The food is amazing I love the typical platers and the breakfast is a hell of a good brunch

My mom and daughter got sick after eating their beans. I ordered the food at 5pm, dropped it off home.My daughter and mom ate it without knowing these beans were spoiled. I get home 2 hours later to eat, open the container and this is what I see, spoiled and bad smelling beans.
Rest assured I will never come back to this place. Shame on you for selling food from previous days. -

If you ever order delivery from this Restureant. The amount of food that they send is not what it's charged for. For example, me and my daughter ordered delivery that included plantains that were $4.75 and when we checked to see how many plantains we got so i could split it, we only got 5 little plantains. What a ripoff! I'd rather make the plantains myself! They probably like taking advantage of some people because you can't go because it's bad weather or you live too far. That's just straight up rude and disrespectful. I'm never ordering any side from this place. We also called and asked why they gave us so little bit of plantains. I'm very disappointed in this place. When you go to the restaurant to eat lunch or dinner and you order plantains, they give you about 30 or 40 plantains!! I'm very disappointed in this restaurant.

Worst service ever, the manager a girl with tattoos ( just to let you know who she is) did not want to sell us a bottle of Guaro. She complained and cried because she had something she did not want to shared with us. She insulted us and did not care about her service. Never coming back.

The food was good, I ordered the churrasco aguatalada, it was yummy. My mom had the chuleta a la parilla and she enjoyed it, brother had the grilled sobrebarriga and he enjoyed his plate as well.
So 3 stars for the food. But the service was bad, she was attentive and she sat and was eating while we waited to get our bill. Several times I turned around to get her attention but apparently that didn't work since she continued eating. You want to eat fine, but sit away from the general eating area, let your tables know and have someone else take over them so we're not just there sitting like fools. And when the bill came we knew why the service was bad, they include the tip in the bill so of course they don't bother with good service.
